The article presents three innovative business models: conducting, integration and licensing, which facilitate the creation of new products and services in a small innovative enterprise registered with a higher education institution. A methodology for applying each of the studied models has been worked out in accordance with the selected type of company activity and in relation to certain areas within each type of activity. All the data obtained make it possible to clearly determine in which specific areas it is better to apply each of the models to work with new products, and which types of activities will be primarily focused on innovative mechanisms and provide the company with a stable position in the market as an innovative, independent, self-organized company. As a result, a proposal was formulated on the best method of innovative modeling for a company and a principle was determined, in which each of the models leads to effective research, development, innovation, new products and services.
