The article presents the modeling of integrated development of the natural-product vertical using fuzzy methods and digital technologies. The key challenges of sustainable reproduction and modernization of the industrial complex of Russia in the context of digital transformation and sanctions are considered. A conceptual model is proposed that combines technological, economic and production processes, ensuring increased accuracy of investment management, resource optimization and sustainable development of instrumentation in the context of uncertainty and digitalization.
