Modeling of the IT-architecture of the system of design and technological preparation of production at machine-building enterprises

The article discusses scientific approaches for decision-making on modeling IT architecture. Trends in the development of science and technology related to the digital transformation of machine-building enterprises are fundamentally changing business processes, their time, cost, and deadlines for carrying out design and technological preparation of production (DTP). To increase competitiveness, machine-building enterprises are forced to constantly invest in the development and management of IT-architecture. The formed and operating business model of design and technological preparation of production at a machine-building enterprise play one of the key roles in the management of IT-architecture. The presence of operating information systems participating in the DTP at a machine-building enterprise requires making informed decisions when changing the IT-architecture. The multitude of interests of various participants in business processes, based on game theory, requires finding and choosing solutions that would suit everyone optimally. Machine-building enterprises, in conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of information, it is important to predict the behavior of other participants in business processes by the decision taken and implemented. Based on the extended model of John Zahman, the authors proposed a multifactorial economic and mathematical model that allows determining quantitative indicators for carrying out qualitative changes in the IT-architecture of a machine-building enterprise. Using game theory, where the concept of utility correlates with the team’s gain in organizational and economic tasks and can be represented as an economic effect, a comprehensive analysis of the factors of the DTP business model affecting the management of the IT-architecture of a machine-building enterprise is carried out.
