In article stream processes in economy are considered. It is noted that implementation of such processes demands involvement of various resources that forms the corresponding logistic costs. Increase in requirements to quality of service of consumers involves growth of costs of logistics, and strengthening of the competition does necessary their reduction. The importance of qualitative parameters of service of consumers and high level of service of deliveries is emphasized. Is proved that the high level of service of consumers demands providing various additional logistic services and creation of the large stocks allowing to satisfy the changing customer needs. It is specified that logistic services increase appeal of the supplier and strengthen his competitive positions, but demand additional costs. The task of determination of optimum values of parameters of stream processes which provide uninterrupted production and sale with the minimum expenses is set. Approach to creation of model of formation of logistic costs is offered. The model allows to define the total logistic costs connected with stream processes. The main components of expenses of logistics come to light. The coefficients reflecting characteristics of service of consumers and the level of reliability of deliveries are entered into model. Modeling of logistic costs allows to carry out various scenario calculations for each type of necessary resources and each supplier and change of various parameters of stream processes in logistics.
