Modelling of economy and modernization problems of Russia

The problems of the economics modeling are considered; the general succession of the analytical description of the agricultural production volumes regularities for the grain-crops production example by use of the Big Cycles theory is adduced; the total crisis analytical model and hyper systems modeling examples are proposed. The basic limitations of the modernization are established; the payment for work general model and equilibrium system constructions and calculation of the sum of a tax non-linear scale from tools as a federal price Bureau regularities are adduced; party system bloc of the Legislative Assembly is investigated; the directions of the production and administrative management, education and total culture perfections are proposed; the systematic group of the proposals for modernization is adduced.
