Modeling of personal communicative competence in terms of social development types

The article presents results of the theoretical modeling of personal communicative competence as a method of its research in the conditions of establishment of the postindustrial society. The application of the method of modeling has allowed the author to identify differences of personal communicative competence in the societies of different types.
