Modeling of the concept of «EXTREMISM» based on the lexicographic sources

The article considers the representation of the concept of EXTREMISM in the dictionaries of different types and kinds. The choice of the investigated concept is conditioned by the fact that the constant modification of the concept connected with high social significance of the phenomenon of EXTREMISM and counteraction to it is accompanied by variety of the concept representation in the lexicographic sources. In the study the domain ontology of EXTREMISM has been constructed; the componential and definitional analysis has been carried out; the frame model representing the macrostructure of the concept of EXTREMISM has been developed.
