Design of the anti-crisis management of the industry in depressed region

This paper proves the necessity to use public-private partnership for crisis management of industry in a region. The author identified main PPPs constraints and opportunities of complex application of PPPs advantages with the existing tools of crisis management as an example of the depressed region with a high level of industrial development.
