Modeling the mechanism of the decision making by farmers in Tatarstan Republic

The decision of making mechanism by farmers of Tatarstan Republic is analyzed. Research is based on interviewing of Tatarstan farmers. In the program framework of subjective probability GeNIe the decision making model by farmers of the republic is created. The model shows that maximal decrease in rates of soils erosion and pollution of water objects depends, first of all, on transition to legal mechanisms of regulation the economy and public sphere. At most ecologically favorable scenario there will be falling of food security level of the republic but, at the same time, increase of profitability level of farms.
