Simulation of property tax in business planning

The article discusses the business planning process of business management, in particular the structure of the model of property tax. Presented an algorithm developed by the author of the financial cash flow modeling. Describes approaches to modeling the calculation of property tax. It is proven that financial modeling is an effective tool for planning at the enterprise and its management, which increases the efficiency of the enterprise.
