Modeling the organization of business processes for forecasting agricultural products

Russia has historically had an extensive type of economic growth, but every year progress does not stand still and gradually the economy strives to use available resources rationally and effectively. Today, Russia is a major exporter of agricultural products, and also provides the population with domestic products. Most regions of the country are favorable for the development of the agro-industrial complex. The article describes the concept of “business process”. The purpose of this article is to study and build a structural and logical model of the organization of business processes for forecasting agricultural products. The article discusses various types of business processes, including: basic, auxiliary (providing), managing, improving. An approximate scheme of the organization of the main business process of grain cultivation is reflected. Examples of the most common auxiliary business processes are given. The paper also presents a predictive model of the harvest management process and uses it to build an integrated model of business processes at an agricultural enterprise. The main directions of auxiliary business processes that ensure the functioning of the main business process are shown. In addition, every principle on which forecasting is based is disclosed.
