Modeling the organizational-economic mechanism for managing the development of the innovation environment

The article is devoted to the definition of «organizational and economic mechanism of rationalization and harmonization, increase of efficiency of functioning of the management system of development of innovation environment» and substantiation the possibility of its use as a tool in bringing the innovation environment in accordance with available resources. The article describes in details methodological bases of institutional approach application to formation of composition of characteristics of functional purpose and target orientation of elements of the mechanism of rationalization and harmonization of management system of innovative environment development of macro-, meso-, micro-level.
