The scientific article examined certain aspects of organizational and planning and preparatory work in construction organizations of the Russian Federation. For quality control over general contracting organizations, the author in the article proposes a methodology for assessing the readiness of organizational planning, intra-site preparatory work. The methods of control by the customer of its contractors, the activities that are included in the organizational and planning preparatory work, by what criteria should be used to monitor the readiness of the work, methods of achieving the end of the organizational and planning preparatory work were investigated. In the model «Assessment of the readiness of organizational and planning, on-site preparatory work in the construction industry», built in the «Business Decon» program, the author proposed a solution for which contractors will be monitored, and gave them a comprehensive assessment, according to which it will be possible to make management decisions ... The object of research is the construction industry, where the timing of the corresponding work is monitored. The subject of the research is the performance by the general contractor of contractual obligations, namely, organizational planning, preparatory work in construction. The aim of the work is to study the current methods of control of the work performed by the general contractor and the modeling of organizational and planned work in construction organizations. Study of the means to achieve completion of work in the construction process. The model for assessing the timely organizational planning and preparatory period of work is of particular importance.
