Modeling of the regional economy's labour requirements under implementation of megaprojects

The article deals with problem of modeling and prognostication of the regional economy's requirement in the human resources when implementing the megaprojects. It defines specific features of the prognostication and planning the labour requirements for the regions implementing the megaprojects, and substantiates areas of the analytic adjustment of the traditional prognostication methodologies. The author discusses the key development principles of the labour supply and demand balancing model that can be an analytic base for the managerial decisions making in the context of the human resources management.
