The article deals with the problems of business consulting in service organizations. It is noted that the main task of a business consultant is to convey the value of his proposal to the client in a motivated and understandable way, as well as to sell the result rather than the process. In this case, service companies will be able to evaluate their benefits from communication with consultants, compare them with the costs and make the right decision about the need to use a business consultant.
