Modeling of formation of creative competences of the students in the Olympiad movement

The ways of intensification of creative preparation in high school is identified, given the concept of Olympiad movement as a new form of training. Stages of formation of creative competences are described, the main results of modeling of process of formation of creative competences of Olympiad movement are given.
