Modelling of the engineering personnel reproduction

The study considers a set of organizational and economic relations arising in the process of engineering personnel reproduction management. The authors propose the efficiency model of the engineering personnel reproduction which takes into account the interrelation of the key properties of the engineering staff reproduction from the standpoint of its effectiveness. The objective function is applied to maximize the volume of supplied innovative products. It involves a high rate of skilled technical and engineering labor as well as the total volume of own-produced goods dispatched, works and services provided by themselves. This model has been tested in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The model under review allows one to construct a management paths tree maximizing the objective function due to administrative influence on the key elements of the system of engineering personnel reproduction. The advantage of the model proposed is the fact that it facilitates the search for solutions to a number of key management tasks, including the creation of a continuing education system when training a modern highly skilled engineer. Besides, the model determines the demand for engineers and lays the groundwork for its satisfaction through the structural adjustment to the process of engineering personnel reproduction.
