Simulation of regional shadow economy

The article gives a stepwise procedure for the design of regional shadow economy. Determined by conditional splitting characteristics of the developed methodical principles of evaluation of the shadow economy. Given develop indicators to measure the economic crime focused on the analysis of cost performance obtained illegally economic benefits.
