Simulation of cluster growth in iron-copper based alloys at thermal ageing

In this work we have developed the model of cluster growth in iron-copper based alloys. The simulation results based on the developed model allowed to describe the experimental results of the cluster growth kinetics during thermal ageing and to determine the diffusion coefficients for different temperatures 500C.
