Аbstract. In developing and developed countries, industrial, knowledge-based services play an important role. Companies are faced with the problems of efficient and effective development and operation of new services, including because of their traditional production-oriented systems and the characteristics of high-tech services. A new approach combining the matrices of the project structure and the simulation of individual events can help improve the development and delivery of service systems that require more knowledge and increase the competitiveness of the company.
