Modeling the project management system

This article describes how to simulate a project management system so that you can estimate all the resources you need when you implement it. Describes the key parameters and resources and the phases of the project and the required work at each stage. In the modeling phase, the project management subsystems, the base elements of the model, and project items are detailed. The conclusions and methods for project evaluation were formulated.
