Thermal processes modeling titanium alloy VT-1 prossessed by an electron beam in vacuum

In this article, stages of creation of mathematical model of the thermal fields arising in an exemplar during electron beam processing are considered. The research of features of electron beam input in titanium alloy VT-1 is conducted. Questions and features of interactions of the electron beam with the substance (thermal processes in the processing zone) were analyzed. Calculation of temperatures and graphics of distribution of temperature fields were made by means of the mathematical Maple (18.0) environment. The electron beam impact was carried out by means of powerful electron beam installation with an axial gun on thermo cathodes and pulse installation SOLO. The received numerical results allowed investigating regularities of temperature distribution and its speed change depending on action of the electron beam.
