Use of waste iron and steel industry in the preparation of materials used in construction, such as sand-lime brick, can significantly save energy. An integral part of the process in the manufacture of sand-lime brick is a heat treatment to a large extent determines the construction and mechanical properties of finished products.To simulate the process of heating the work piece using a technique based on the solution of differential equations of the temperature field in the absence of internal heat sources. Offer a solution to the equation of temperature field with certain conditions for the unique method of finite differences. A quarter of the work piece based on the conditions of geometrical and thermal symmetry is considered in the modeling process.
