Model program for the formation of IP culture of library specialists

The article raises the issue of differentiated design of IP culture of various social groups as a tool to increase the patent activity of the population. The conceptual foundations of the model program (program template) for the formation of the IP culture of the library and information specialist are presented: the definition of the concept is given, the elemental decomposition is carried out, the harmonization with the general model of knowledge transfer is built, the content-thematic content and methodological tools are justified.
