The modernization of diplomatic relations during the epoch of the nuclear weapon

Non-proliferation of the nuclear weapon is the nearly unique rich in content theme of the Russian-American relations during more 50 years. Completion of cold war did not result in the triumph of a principle of unusing of force in international relations. Opposite, at the USA the aspiration to dictate the conditions, the approaches to the decision of world global problems has noticeably amplified. Last years from the American side the great number of new initiatives was pulled out in this sphere. In the article comment of new initiatives, and also estimation of their influence on the international relations, a geopolitical situation is given.
