Modernization of console-monoblock centrifugal pumps with the use of CFD methods

By means of the SAPR original complex for centrifugal pumps a number of flowing parts of KM type pumps with the unified spiral casings was developed. For optimization of parameters of flowing parts it was made calculations of three-dimensional viscous flow. Power tests of the developed pumps are carried out. Good convergence of calculation and experimental data is received.
