Modernization of the model of undecreased activities of the joint stock company

The article proposes a model of modernization of management of break-even activity of the joint-stock company, aimed at improving the efficiency of profit management. From the position of the system approach, the management procedure is characterized as a highly ordered system of methods, methods, techniques, technologies, approaches, dependent on each other and the environment, having a specific structure and hierarchy. It is established that the creation of the concept of profit management will lead to the formation of a model that allows to optimize the activities of the enterprise, both in organizational and methodological terms, helping to increase the stability of the company.
