Modernization of the system approach to enterprise management

This article analyzes the current varieties of systems, reveals their strengths and weaknesses. The author attempts to form a new approach based on system management of enterprise. The paper analyzes impact of business processes on the final result. It studies the correlation of management system with the external and internal environment. The author finds an opportunity to introduce a collegial management system in the framework of a systematic management approach. It is proved the formation of collective thinking as a factor of increasing the efficiency of management process.
