In article the analysis of essence and one of the priority directions of formation and realization of regional social policy - development of a health system is considered. It is shown how the formulated strategic goals, in order to achieve the desired image of the future, are decomposed into the level of tasks, projects and investment proposals for each strategic direction of socio-economic development of Ingushetia until 2030.
