Modernization of the specialty "5В091000 - library" in the light of innovative cultural policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article presents the process of modernization of Kazakhstan`s libraries and new socio-cultural paradigm of development, which are main drivers of innovations in librarianship and determine areas of training of modern libraries.
