Modernization of the socioeconomic management in the Karachay-Cherkessia

The article deals with modernization of the socioeconomic management on the level of the Russian Federation's constituent entity. The undertaken research recounts the way the government priorities of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic socioeconomic development changed under the pressure of the political processes in dynamics starting in 1990-s. The author also describes current modernization processes in the Republic.
