Modernisation in Russia: the problem of model choice

If in political sphere it is possible to consider the beginning of actions of the President of Russia Putin V. V positive and necessary for restoration of a constitutional order and political stability, the further centralization and full bureaucratic process of acceptance of political decisions have made negative impact on all course of political process in Russia.
