Modified method to determine bacteria penetration and formation in potato plants in vitro

The article describes the method for endophytic bacteria identification in potato plants tissue in vitro in the result of its penetration through roots. This method allows studying the rate and speed of microorganisms’ colonization in a plant. The method is used for impact assessment of such factors as hyperthermia and influence of Iodoacetic Acid Sodium Salt on infection process.
