Modular program for training of bachelors with mechanical-engineering focus on the basis of computer-aided design system

The article presents the operating program developed in the context of ”Perspective Geometry and Engineering Graphics” discipline for bachelors with mechanical-engineering focus. Itreviews tasks and objectives ofstudy of the discipline, its place in the structure of training, structure and content of the discipline. Much attention is paid to review of the applied educational methods, forms of discipline study checking and learning and teaching support. The article describes implementation of modern computer-aided design systems in the education process of higher educational institution. It shows advantages of computer-aided simulation in comparison with traditional ways of project development. Milestones of forming of the students’ engineering-graphical competences have been described. Increase of graphical education quality in result of introduction of design work documentation electronic development technology has been proved.
