Youth is one of the most important social groups, which has a significant impact on the development of society and the economy. This article examines the main characteristics of youth as a socio-demographic group, including its number, age composition, level of education and socio-economic status. It analyzes the main trends and challenges related to the situation of youth in modern society, such as problems of employment, access to education and political participation. The role of youth in innovative development and their contribution to cultural and social dynamics is also examined.
