Youth leadership in modern Britain: conditions and factors of development

This article examines the current state of youth leadership as a significant resource for the innovative, socio-cultural and economic development of one of the largest historical powers - the UK, as well as the conditions and factors for the development of leadership in this state. The emphasis is on youth programs and projects implemented by youth organizations in the United Kingdom. The key components that form the basis of effective leadership opportunities among young people are presented. Also, the characteristic features of youth work in the UK are considered.
