Youth policy and life activity of young citizens of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the implementation of state youth policy, the problem of the life position of young citizens and the acceptance of their values by civil society. Examples of the transformation of the youth community are given. The basis for the analysis was the data on the manifestation of general civil values and their connection with the vital activity of young people: 1) socially active; 2) with a focus on personal interests; 3) passive. It was found that the highest level of acceptance of civic values is among those citizens of the Russian Federation who direct their activity for the benefit of other people, the benefit of society or individual social groups.
