Youth policy at large enterprises: status and prospects

The article examines the change in the composition of the socio-demographic group «youth» at the enterprise after the adoption of the Federal Law «On Youth Policy», examines the current state of youth policy at the enterprise, analyzes the possibilities of young employees to carry out activities within the framework of youth policy. Based on the analysis of youth policy at enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region, KuibyshevAzot, Norilsk Nickel, VSMPO-AVISMA and others, comparison of social and youth policy, the main problems are highlighted, possible ways of further development of this policy area are proposed.
