The article considers the evolution of the revolutionary process in the early 20th century in Transbaikalia, Inner and Outer Mongolia. The author investigates the influence of the Xinhai Revolution on this process resulting in the demise of the Manchu Qing dynasty in China and emergence of a feudal-theocratic monarchy in Mongolia, which influenced the entire Mongolian world through the ideology of Pan-Mongolism.
