Monitoring the efficiency of chemotherapy efficiencies in patients with lung tuberculosis

In recent years, due to some stabilization of the economic situation in the country, the epidemiological situation of tuberculosis remains tense. In the slightly changed socio-economic conditions, with some stabilization of the incidence rate of tuberculosis, and with a continued increase in mortality rates from it, it is necessary to focus on infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, since this form of tuberculosis is the leading one in the structure of the incidence of respiratory tuberculosis and amounts to 70-60 % among newly diagnosed patients. Despite the fact that the infiltrative process is the most promising in terms of cure at the chemotherapy stage, its results are unsatisfactory: the cessation of bacterial excretion is 72.5%; cavity closure 64.8%.
