Problems of monitoring of electromagnetic fields of urban territories are discussed. Measurement results of electromagnetic fields on living territory of Togliatti city are considered. Analysis of measurement results have been carried out. Electromagnetic fields mapping have been designed. Estimation of impact of electromagnetic fields to the health of population of Togliatti city have been carried out.
