Analysis of law enforcement proceedings exercised by executive authorities (case study of the Russian Federal agency of court bailiffs)

The state government should pay special attention to the development of proper legal foundation and effective mechanisms assisting executive authorities in their proceedings. The article is devoted to the analysis of law enforcement practice exercised by the executive authorities. The experience of the Federal Service of court bailiffs of Russia was studied. The problem of compulsory law enforcement is very important at all times; therefore, the system of compulsory enforcement of court judgments and acts of other official authorities needs to be improved. While developing legislation of executive enforcement, improving the system of executive enforcement measures, and increasing accountability for the non-enforcement of courts’ decisions, it’s necessary to continue development of the law enforcement effectiveness and to eliminate legislation gaps. Analysis of the law enforcement practice exercised by the executive authorities is instrumental in the improvement of the legal system existing in the Russian Federation. It will also help to establish a unified legal mechanism facilitative in realization of new competent proposals on legislation improvement.
