Monitoring of project financing in the framework of public private partnership when implementing cluster projects

The main problem with the use of project financing is the difficulty of selecting a scenario for effective interaction between the project organizer and investors, leading to the successful implementation of the project itself, as well as approaches for monitoring the results of the interaction. Solving this problem will help improve the use of project financing. The main objective of the study is to explore approaches for monitoring cluster project to determine the feasibility of using the most advantageous scenario when communicating project and investors in the region's development.
