Monitoring of settlement of population and human potential in region (on the example of the Krasnoyarsk territory)

The paper analyzes the features of complex social-economic development and distribution of the production and settlement of the Krasnoyarsk territory. The index system of the development of human potential of the Territory is presented in the article. The methodological approaches to the monitoring of the settlement of population and the human potential of the subject of the Russian Federation are given.
