Monitoring of urban green spaces as part of the effective management of the green economy in Togliatti

Expert examination of individual landscaped and natural areas of Togliatti - Zhigulevsky subsoil polygon (Zhiguli Reserve) for permanent and temporary observation points based on geoinformation (GIS) study. The estimation monitoring of gardening objects to determine the future status of green spaces and objects of gardening, landscaping efficiency measures in different topographic and environmental conditions of the city. The analysis of the main reasons for the deterioration of the urban green spaces. The monitoring results can be used in the formation of plans for improvement of the city and the budget for landscaping, landscaping design objects, the volume of work on sanitary felling of trees. According to the results of monitoring the state of green plants is necessary to carry out an annual update of the list of the most dangerous diseases of trees and shrubs in urban areas and the list of chemical and biological means of protecting green spaces. In this case use the analytical capabilities of GIS.
