Carbon transformation in agroecosystems on grey wood soils of Baikal region are studied depending on their technogenic pollution by fluorides and climatic factors. Monitoring (1992-2009) has revealed their influence on accumulation of carbon by edaphic microbal biomasssl and biomass of spring wheat, emission СО2 in the atmosphere, and also on balance formation of carbon and regimes of agroecosystems functioning. Ratio between the parameters of activity of net-mineralization processes and carbon reimmobilization was used for integrated estimation of agroecosystem loading. Middle-many years representative data received for region for the first time, allow to correct calculation of the contribution of agroecosystems in emission СО2 in the atmosphere and carbon budget.
