Monitoring of satisfaction of the population and employers with the quality and availability of the educational services

The article carries out an analysis of the concept of monitoring in education. The authors define the requirements for the monitoring of satisfaction of the population and employers with the quality and availability of the education. The paper describes the factors influencing these requirements to the education quality and resources the educational institutions have to comply with the demands of the educational services consumers. The authors present the research data reviewing the factors affecting the change of the level of satisfaction with the quality of educational services.
