Monitoring of the Vologda city population's living conditions

The article presents the results of the Vologda city population's living conditions monitoring, it reveals the main problems reducing the comfort of living in different city districts and evaluates the activity of local authorities and the efficiency of their solving the socio-economic development problems of Vologda. The article determines the directions and proposes the recommendations for the City Administration, the implementation of which will improve the Vologda city population's living conditions and quality of life.
