In the article the authors reflect their experience of applying unmanned aerial vehicles for doing zoogeographical researches at especially protected natural territories in Russia. Actuality of work is seen in novelty of method and using the technologies, which can to some extent to optimize the laborious and subjective process of gathering the data about fauna.
