The paper considered a syndrome of moral degeneration (MDS) discovered by Yuri Burlan, that means such condition of misfunction and personal disorder that is often manifested with mass slaughter being often followed with susceptibility to suicide. Factors entailing acts by an individual with MD syndrome (while perfect integrity of one's mind and exact awareness of effect of one's actions) have been considered on the grounds of the System Vector Psychology by Yuri Burlan. The paper has determined techniques for an early detection of the high-risk group with MD syndrome (selected upon the newest trend in behavior psychology) in which only holders of ‘auditory vector' in misfunctional condition have been sorted out. Besides, prevention measures have been worked out to eliminate an MD syndrome.
